We have acquired 500 single family scattered lots throughout various emerging markets within the sunbelt state of Florida. These have been constructed as affordable but luxury single family homes ranging from 1,243 to 1,902 Sq. Ft.
Multi-Family Homes
We currently have 456 rental and condo units in various stages of development throughout Florida and New Jersey. Our strategy is to purchase both land and value add properties depending on the market cycle in order to hedge our returns and cost basis.
Commercial Conversion
We have acquired commercial office space for conversion to residential spaces.
